Janet Robinson has been involved in helping clients buy, sell, and refinance homes since March of 1996.  She began her career as a realtor on March 7, 2007.   Her career sells have escalated in that time frame to over $7.3 million dollars with 43 transactions.

Working with home buyers is one of Janet’s specialties, using her education in technology to maximize the process for her clients.  Once she meets her clients and establishes their Real Estate needs, she sets up automatic emails to them of all potential new homes.  Janet then makes appointments for the properties that interest them most, and accompanies them to the viewings.  Janet is then able to discuss pros and cons, enlighten them about features and construction, and educate her buyers so that they are confident in making a smart, informed decision when they finally find the home that fits them. Janet’s thorough approach to Comparative Market Analysis involves three steps, to ensure that she is presenting a suitable asking price.  On her first contact with her client, she obtains as much information as possible about the home, its condition and history.  Before viewing the property, Janet uses her knowledge of the market in the given neighborhood, and then thoroughly researches similar properties, previous sales, and current listings. The data that she obtains allows her to make preliminary calculations that will contribute to her recommendation.  Finally, Janet views the property with a critical eye, evaluating the state of the home, and using her extensive knowledge both of the overall real estate market, and the market specific to each neighborhood.  At this point, Janet is able to provide a very accurate recommended asking price.

Janet  marketing approach sets her apart from other Realtors.  She has one of the most extensive marketing systems, yielding significant interest in her listings.  For each listing, she prepares a feature sheet that is emailed to her broad client and Realtor database. She posts ads throughout the internet and in print media in a variety of local applications. Finally, she showcases her listings and posts full information and an inviting description of the home on her website. Home sellers are amazed at the volume of potential buyers they receive from internet searches.  Janet possesses a skill set filled with a keen business sense, technological knowledge, marketing ability, topped off with a high level of organization and thoroughness.  She extends her own high customer service expectations to her dealings with her clients. Augusta is Janet’s beloved home, where she enjoys living the good life with her husband and three kids.  She appreciates the natural beauty of the Masters Golf Tournament held at Augusta National, and the River walk.  She is often amazed at the growth of her city while maintaining the hometown charm.   When asked what she loves to do in her great city, her first response is about eating out.  Dining out in the variety of restaurants that the CSRA offers is always a pleasure for Janet, who can’t seem to pick a favorite from the many choices.
